Buyer beware. The item quality is great but, their customer service is aweful. When asked about embroidery, they are very careless. They specifically asked us to print our Family name…for example “Smith”. This embroidery customisation was for a tree skirt. We assumed they would send a proof for us to approve. They didn’t and literally printed the family name without “The” nor did they put the “s” at the end of the name. In other words. Instead of reading “The Smiths” it just says “Smith”. Really? It specifically said print family name on the form to fill out and that’s what we did. We thought that they would take care of the rest. When I sent them an inquiry, they responded that I needed to send it back and they would correct it. In addition, I had to ask for a return label because they wanted me to pay for shipping. Aweful!
